FOUNDER
David Warnink
Business leader. Technology executive. Change driver.
JibeCoach was founded by David Warnink, who brings more than 25 years of experience across software, technology, leadership and business transformation.
His career includes senior executive, directorial and technology leadership positions, including CIO, Director and CTO/Head of R&D. His experience combines P&L responsibility, strategy and organizational development with expertise in AI, SaaS, cybersecurity, governance and transformation.
This combination shapes the JibeCoach approach.
Technology is rarely just about technology.
A product decision can affect a business model. A cybersecurity issue can become a governance question. An AI initiative can create organizational challenges. And a strategy only matters if people can turn it into execution.

Bridging worlds
David’s experience allows JibeCoach to operate at the intersection of several worlds:
Business & Technology
Understanding technology deeply enough to challenge it while keeping the conversation focused on business outcomes.
Strategy & Execution
Moving beyond defining a direction to addressing what needs to happen next.
Leadership & Organization
Recognizing that transformation ultimately depends on people, responsibilities and decision-making.
Risk & Opportunity
Balancing innovation and speed with governance, cybersecurity and control.
Executive & Technical Teams
Helping both sides understand the decisions, constraints and implications that sit between them.
The JibeCoach approach
Senior. Pragmatic. Independent.
JibeCoach is not designed around large consulting teams or lengthy transformation methodologies.
The model is intentionally direct.
Listen
Understand the business context before defining the problem.
Challenge
Ask the questions that need to be asked, including the uncomfortable ones.
Decide
Turn complexity into choices and priorities.
Align
Bring strategy, technology, organization and leadership together.
Execute
Translate decisions into concrete action.
Adjust
Keep learning and adapt as conditions change.
Because transformation is rarely a straight line.
Neither is sailing.
Beyond consulting
JibeCoach is set up to support organizations through management, advisory and coaching relationships and, selectively, through entrepreneurial participation.
That reflects an important principle:
Advice becomes more valuable when it remains connected to what happens afterwards.
JibeCoach therefore seeks engagements where experience can contribute not only to the decision, but also to the outcome.
